After breakfast, start your exploration of the Kathmandu Valley from Ason Tole Vegetable & Spice Market to see the vivid local life of Nepali people. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square to see Kumari Temple which houses the living Goddess, and have an external view of Taleju Temple and Kala Bhairav. Later, pay a visit to Patan Durbar Square, one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley. The last stop of today is Swayambhunath, a hilltop stupa also known as "Monkey Temple".

This morning, you will visit Boudhanath Stupa, where you can observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries surrounding the stupa, followed by a visit to Pashupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple in the country. In the afternoon, you will discover Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Later, visit Changu Narayan Temple, which is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings and is said to be the oldest temple in the Kathmandu Valley.

After breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred by private vehicle to Pokhara. En route, visit Bandipur, a hilltop settlement in Tanahu District and a living museum of Newari culture. Arrive in Pokhara in the late afternoon and check in to your hotel. For the rest of the day, you can explore Pokhara Bazaar on your own or get some rest at the hotel.

Rise early and proceed to Sarangkot viewpoint for the unforgettable view of the Annapurna Range's snow-covered peaks at sunrise. Later, you will fly back to Kathmandu. Spend the afternoon wandering around Thamel district, which boasts handicraft shops and restaurants, then unwind with a traditional Nepali dinner and dance show in the evening.

In the morning, you will bid farewell to Nepal and fly to Bhutan. Upon arriving in Paro, be greeted by your local guide and be transferred to the capital Thimphu. En route, you will pass by Tamchog Lhakhang iron bridge. Check in to the hotel, then visit the National Memorial Chorten, the gigantic Buddha Dordenma Statue and the Takin Sanctuary. Finally, pay a visit to Thimphu Dzong, the largest religious building in the city as well as the seat of the central government.

Today, leave Thimphu behind and head to Punakha. En route, stop at Dochula Pass to admire its grand 108 stupas. If the weather is fine, you can see the Himalayas in the distance. Upon arrival, take a 1.5-hour walk to Chimi Lhakhang, a sacred place where people pray for children. Next is the highlight of today—Punakha Dzong, a beautiful Bhutanese architecture boasting rich Buddhist collections. You can also visit the Suspension Bridge nearby to see this elegant dzong from a different angle.

Drive about 4 hours back to Paro and start today's tour from Paro Dzong, perhaps the finest example of Bhutanese architecture. Later, visit Ta Dzong which houses the National Museum and boasts rich cultural relics. After that, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, and a farm house to see the local lifestyle.

This morning, hike to Taktsang Monastery, the landmark of this country. Be amazed by the view of this sacred temple hanging on the rocky cliff, and take in the beauty of Paro valley. After that, move to the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong. If in good weather, you'll capture a great distant view of Mt. Chomolhari.
