Itinerary Day by Day
Day 1 Lijiang Arrival
Welcome to Lijiang, a city located on the border between Qinghai-Tibet and Yunnan-Guizhou Plateaus. The magnificent snow-capped mountains and colorful minority cultures are the major attractions in Lijiang. Your guide will meet you at the airport and help you check in your hotel.
Day 2 First Bend of the Yangtze River
The First Bay of Yangtze River is actually the intersection of Yangtze, Nu and Lancang Rivers. The First Bay of Yangtze River is located at the east end of QinghaI-Tibet Plateau. The drastic drop in altitude make all these three rivers roaring past the bay.
You will drive to Tacheng after today’s sightseeing.
Day 3 Drive to Luotong Village
You will drive to Luotong Village today. Please take a good rest for tomorrow’s hike.
Day 4 Hike from Luotong Village to No.2 Pasture
After breakfast, you will hike from Luotong Village to the no.2 pasture of the Baima Snow-Capped Mountain. The altitude will go up to over 4000 meters. You can take a rest at a medical camp during the hike. You will camp at the no.2 pasture tonight.
You will see the yaks, rhododendrons, and land covered by snow on the mountain path.
Day 5 Hike back to No.1 Pasture
Today, you will hike back to the no.1 pasture of the Baima Snow-Capped Mountain.
Day 6 Drive Back to Tacheng
Today, you will drive back to Tacheng.
Day 7 Drive Back to Shangri-La

Transportation
In a private tour, it means you will transfer to the tourist attractions in one city by private vehicle. The private car we selected is spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned. And the driver we use are very experienced. As for traveling between two destinations, we use domestic flights (economy seat) or high speed trains (second class seat, usually less than 6 hours). The local guides and drivers will pick you up at the airport/train stations, and escort you to the hotel.
Meals
“B” stands for breakfast. You will have it at your hotel in the morning.
“L” stands for lunch. The restaurants we will arrange for you are all designated tourist restaurants approved by local tourist administration bureau. All are in good sanitary conditions. Your guide will assist you with ordering the dishes.
“D” means dinner. All dinners are excluded in the itinerary. You have the chance to taste some authentic Chinese food and local snacks.
If you have special dietary requirements (vegetarian, halal, kosher, Indian, or gluten-free), please let us know before your booking. We will try our best to take care of you.

All the hotels in each destination we selected are at good location, close to commercial street or tourist attractions. And, all the hotels we use have a business relationship for many years and they have windows, air-conditioners, hot water, showers, wifi... (except for basic accommodation condition when travel to Mount Everest) to ensure you luxury and comfortable sleep experience. The staff can speak English and they will provide you the high quality service. If you have any requirements, you can ask them to help.

Wonderful Experience
Very professional and knowledgeable. Could not of asked for better planning. The explanations were detailed and interesting. The local restaurant choices were delicious. Memorable trip!!!
One of the best trips I ever had, I give five stars for the professionalism and good itinerary. I had a great informatory trip. The guide was very knowledgeable with all part of and the city. His historic background is rich and coming from the heart. Our driver was very careful and patient with traffic and both were very prompt. Food was ok and service was good. I highly recommend this travel agency, if you go to China make sure to use them.

First adventure in China
This was our first adventure since moving to China and it did not disappoint!!! Guilin and YangShuo are some of the most beautiful places on earth. If you are thinking of going - don't think, GO!! It's truly a magical area with some of the most scenic scapes I've ever experienced.
