For instance, we wanted to see other things, we didn't book in our trip, but the weather was so bad - it was raining and foggy, so it was impossible to see things from the different towers!!!

He also suggested a beautiful restaurant in Shanghai, he booked for us everything, he ordered our meals, before leaving us! Thanks a lot for the assistance for the exchange of the refunded money!!! We must thank you for all you did, to organize our trip. We shall suggest your Agency to our friends. Dear Kiarra, We shall be in touch for other trips in the East.

This review is the easiest 5 star review I've ever written.  I reached out to Asia Odyssey the first time and did not hear back right away so my mom attempted to reach out and Kiarra was so quick to reply.  I was able to plan a very last minute private tour to South Korea with Kiarra who made it very easy and stress free.  I chose to follow their 10 day tour in South Korea and was able to modify the trip to include some experiences I wanted to have along the way.  Besides catching the breathtaking views from many UNESCO sites and mountains, the road trip with our personal tour guide Yujin from Seoul/Andong/Busan was a nice way to see the fall colours on route.  It was also fun to stop at the rest stops in South Korea for some snacks and shopping.  The pick up and drop offs from drivers to and from the airports were so easy and comfortable, even with a language barrier.  Our personal guide Eui, when we landed in Jeju was fantastic.  Loved the sites, food experiences and history of this entire trip.  The absolute cherry on top was having Kiarra and Alicia take note that my mom would be celebrating her 75th birthday while on this trip and they made sure to make it special.  They were the ones to plan a birthday cake delivery on the day of her birthday and even dropped of some specialized birthday gifts for my mom and myself.  I was just blown away with the tour, the fantastic customer service and flexibility.   I've already recommended them to friends and family.  I'll be booking with them again on my next adventure to China to see the pandas. 

The entire 3 week tour through Nepal and Bhutan was fantastic. Our agent Kiarra Ye was amazing.

My husband and I went on a private 7 days Kunming Lijiang Shangri-La tour in mid- March organised by Kiarra at Asia Odyssey Travel. Everything according to plan. The sights were epic. We would like to thank our guides Jenny in Kunming, Sean in Lijiang and Jack in Shangri-La for their good work. A big thank you to our driver Mr Yuan.  He drove us to all the beautiful sights in Lijiang as well as in Shangri-La. His attitude in ensuring our safety was excellent. All in all a good trip. 

We had 11 days in Taiwan and 5 in South Korea organized by the agency and had an excellent trip. We picked an opting for 4 people tour as we traveled with our friends. Agent (we have worked with Kiarra) provides absolutely commendable service. I'm not an easy client to deal but Kiarra was a marvel: diligent, patient, detailed oriented, keeping communication open and went beyond with assistance. Since it was only 4 of us, it allows certain flexibility with itinerary and Kiarra's suggestions and recommendations were excellent. During travel, some unexpected and unpredictable glitches were addressed very timely and we were very pleased with our trip. Definitely memorable, cultural, authentic experience that we will treasure for many years. We are planning other Asian trips and planning to utilize Asia Odyssey Tour for sure. Our private tour in China was perfectly organized by Asia Odyssey. The itinerary included Beijing, Xi’an, Zhangjiajie and its stunning national park, Guilin with the Li River, and Shanghai.

The hotels were chosen impeccably – beautiful, elegant, spacious rooms in central locations. The guides were warm, attentive, and good English speakers.

We would like to sincerely thank Kiarra, who organized the entire trip and was available 24/7 for all our questions and adjustments until we finalized the perfect plan.

My trip to Lhasa with Asia Odyssey was an incredible experience! I chose the 5 Days Lhasa-Yamdroktso Tour program because I didn't know how my body would react to the high altitude. What a pity! I would have liked to stay longer. The trip was a dream! I can highly recommend booking the trip with Asia Odyssey! Kiarra, from Asia Odyssey, was my contact. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns very quickly and thoughtfully! She also supported my wish to travel from Shanghai to Lhasa by train! It all worked out great! She also kept in touch during the trip and asked if everything was okay, which I found incredibly nice! At this point, a big thank you and praise to the two tour guides, Max and Puntsok, who were so friendly and made the trip what it was: an unforgettable experience! The trip was well-organized. I felt well looked after. I can highly recommend the journey to Lhasa and the agency!
