Your first stop is the Grand People’s Study House, the majestic national library located in the city center. This 10-story complex features 34 traditional blue-tiled roofs and serves as a hub for lifelong learning. (Tip: Please note that it is closed on Mondays.)
Next, visit the Monument to the Workers Party of Korea. Built in 1995 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea. The towering sculpture features a hammer, sickle, and brush held high, representing the unity of workers, farmers, and intellectuals.
Continue to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, the nation's most significant war history site. You will see a 15-meter bronze victory statue at the entrance and explore a vast collection of captured military hardware. A major highlight is the 360-degree rotating panorama depicting the Battle of Taejon.
In the afternoon, travel to the Tanjun Mausoleum, the sacred burial site of the legendary founder of the first Korean kingdom. Walk the 200-meter Spirit Path lined with stone sculptures leading to a massive 9-tier white granite pyramid. From the top, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the Taedong River plains and the ancient capital's landscape.
Later, board the USS Pueblo, the only U.S. Navy spy ship currently held by a foreign power. Captured in 1968, it remains a famous symbol of Cold War history.
Next, you will also visit the Kangdong Large-Scale Greenhouse Farm, a model agricultural project opened in 2024. This facility showcases the country's leap in intelligent, automated food production.

Today, we will take you to visit Mount Myohyang (Myohyangsan). Located about 160km northeast of Pyongyang, the drive takes about 2 hours. This stunning range sits at the junction of three provinces and is considered the most beautiful of North Korea’s four sacred mountains. Its highest point, Piro Peak, reaches 1,909 meters.
Upon arrival, you will visit the International Friendship Exhibition, the world’s largest treasure house of state gifts. This massive complex houses over 120,000 items presented to North Korea's leaders from more than 170 countries. Though the six-story building appears to be made of traditional wood, it is actually a windowless concrete structure designed to protect the treasures inside.
Next, explore Pohyon Temple, originally built in 1042 during the Koryo Dynasty. As the largest Buddhist center in northern Korea, it features 24 ornate pavilions and halls. Admire the ancient fir and pine trees surrounding the grounds, and take time to see the historic 9-story quadrangular pagoda and the 13-story octagonal pagoda.
If time permits, enjoy a light walk to discover nearby gorge, waterfalls, cave, lush forests.
Afterward, you will be escorted back to Pyongyang. End your day with a local dinner before returning to your hotel.

Today, you and your group will be transferred to Nampo, the major port city on the west coast of North Korea. Located about 58km from Pyongyang, the drive takes about 1 hour. As one of the nation's key industrial and trade hubs, Nampo serves as the international gateway to the Taedong River, connecting the country with over 80 nations.
Upon arrival, you will visit the West Sea Barrage, a source of immense national pride. This massive 8-kilometer dam across the Taedong River features three lock chambers capable of handling 50,000-ton ships and 36 water gates. It is a true marvel of modern North Korean engineering.
Next, head to the Chongsan-ri Cooperative Farm, one of the most famous agricultural models in the country. Here, you can experience the local atmosphere while learning about the production of grains, vegetables, and fruit.
After the visit, enjoy a lunch featuring authentic Nampo regional specialties.
In the afternoon, return to Pyongyang to visit Moranbong Park. Known as the "Garden of the Capital," this 200-hectare park is a favorite leisure spot for locals. It beautifully combines scenic woodland trails with historic monuments and the elegant Moranbong Theatre.

Here, you will learn about the "Juche" philosophy—the idea that people are the masters of their own destiny—while admiring the massive sculptures surrounding the base.
Next, visit the Friendship Tower, a tribute to the Chinese People's Volunteers who fought alongside the Korean people during the Korean War. The site and design were personally approved by Premier Zhou Enlai and President Kim Il Sung in 1958. It remains a powerful symbol of the long-standing bond between China and North Korea.
A short drive leads you to the Chollima Statue on Mansu Hill. Created in 1961, this bronze masterpiece depicts a mythical winged horse carrying a worker and a peasant. Galloping at a 45-degree angle with wings spread wide, the "Chollima" represents the nation’s spirit of rapid development and tireless progress.
Nearby, you will pay respects at the Mansudae Grand Monument, the city's central political and spiritual landmark. This vast complex features the grand bronze statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, framed by massive group sculptures and a revolutionary mural. It is the ultimate site for understanding the nation’s history and identity.

Each group is served by one driver and two professional guides to ensure smooth travel and quality service.
Main vehicles: Chinese King Long or Yutong coaches. Some areas may use medium or small Japanese buses. The first two front seats are usually reserved for North Korean guides.
Evenings are usually spent inside the hotel. You can shop in hotel stores, enjoy a drink at the bar, or watch a performance – always with guide approval.
During group breaks: You may walk near designated tourist sites and must return on time.
At the hotel: You can stroll or rest around the building but cannot leave alone or wander city streets. Unauthorized movement or photography is strictly forbidden.
