Agency helped plan an itinerary to Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie and Huangshan in mid to end sep 2024. Rachel is efficient and prompt in addressing queries and concerns. Guides are helpful and kind, patient, efficient and go the extra mile to assist to make the tour meaningful sweet and memorable. The guides are very professional and knowledgeable too. Highly recommended to anyone who wishes to plan a trip to these beautiful places in China. Just to add, it would be good to provide screenshot of High Speed Train stations... as the names of station are not visible at the train station.. So that the journey can be more visible and smooth. Nonetheless, overall 5 star services, well done all !! Really appreciate it :)

All we did is email Robert Hui many months ago regarding our plan to visit China and he did the rest. He was so efficient, always replied promptly and even gave us his personal phone number to call himn during holidays in emergencies.!!

His tour recommendations were excellent and at the same time flexible to remove or add attractions according to our likes and dislikes. Our group was a sizeable one of 23!!

Yellow Mountains and Tunxi Old Town with Zeva and Gale

This trip was focused on the Tunxi Old Street and Huangshan (Yellow) mountains. We visit the Ink factory, which was fascinating as we could see the people actively working on the process of making ink sticks. The city was also delightful. The mountains were likely the high moment of this trip. The views were stunning and honestly unforgettable. If you like to hike a bit, even better!

The whole trip was nicely organized by Zeva which got all the needed tickets for the trip along with the transfers. Zeva was always available for questions and prepared a document with all the indications to get the proper shuttle to the mountains, etc. Our guide on the Tunxi town was Gale. Gale was also very nice and made our trip quite funny!
