Located in the Noonu Atoll, Soneva Jani Maldives is a 35-minute seaplane flight or a 30-minute domestic flight followed by a 15-minute speedboat ride from Malé. The resort features 51 overwater villas, 8 restaurants, and 3 bars. In 2020, new restaurants and villas were added, upgrading facilities and expanding with a second phase of villas. The smallest "One Bedroom Water Reserve" spans 555 square meters. The second phase offers an all-inclusive plan, emphasizing "unlimited" luxury.
