Sanya is one of the officially designated international ports of entry in Hainan Province, China. According to the latest policy, Hainan implements a 59-country visa-free entry program. Eligible travelers can enter Hainan directly via the Sanya Port of Entry without applying for a visa in advance and stay on the island for up to 30 days. (Note: Please check the latest policy before your trip.)

Sanya Phoenix International Airport (SYX) is the main international airport on Hainan Island. The airport operates direct international flights from Russia, South Korea, and Southeast Asian countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, etc), offering convenient access for overseas travelers visiting China’s tropical paradise.

After breakfast, set out for a fun-filled family adventure to West Island (西岛), the second-largest island in Hainan. Take a short boat ride across the shimmering sea to reach this beautiful island where art and nature meet.

As you explore, you’ll find photo-perfect spots all around - from the colorful Coral Wall to the romantic Love Wish Wall, each corner filled with creativity and coastal charm. Stroll along the seaside trail, feel the ocean breeze, or relax at the beach bathing area, where you can bask in sunshine, soft sands, and the gentle waves of the South China Sea.

West Island is also home to a 400-year-old fishing village, offering a glimpse into local island life. Visit the Coral Stone Houses built from coral rock, explore the Sea Library made from three old fishing boats, and browse through the village market for unique crafts and souvenirs.

Known as a “diving paradise,” West Island also offers a range of optional water activities (at extra cost), including diving, jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides — perfect for families who love fun and adventure.

Lastly, return to the city and visit Luhuitou Scenic Area (鹿回头风景区), one of Sanya’s most iconic landmarks. Climb to the summit for sweeping views of Sanya Bay and the city’s coastline. As the sun sets over the sea, capture a beautiful family photo bathed in golden light.

Begin your adventure at Yanoda Tropical Rainforest (呀诺达雨林文化旅游区), renowned for being the only tropical rainforest in China situated at 18 degrees North latitude. “Yanoda” means “one, two, three” in the local dialect - a cheerful greeting symbolizing hospitality and friendship. Walk through lush rainforest trails filled with exotic plants, cascading waterfalls, and singing birds. You can see the "six wonders of the rainforest," including massive buttress roots, intertwined vines, and old trees. Feel the fresh tropical air as you cross hanging bridges and take in panoramic views from the observation platforms.

In the afternoon, head to Binglanggu Li & Miao Cultural Heritage Park (海南槟榔谷黎苗文化旅游区) to experience the island's indigenous culture. This park is a living museum, renowned for its mission to preserve and pass down the Li and Miao ethnic cultures. Here, you will step back in time as you explore the old Li Village and Miao Village, admiring their traditional boat-shaped houses and architecture. The park is a UNESCO-protected area, specifically for the ancient Li Traditional Textile Techniques. You will have the unique opportunity to meet the last generation of tattooed Li women who carry on this heritage.

After the tour, drive back to your hotel.

After breakfast, head to Atlantis Sanya, the island’s most famous integrated resort on Haitang Bay. Note: Today’s service includes private transfers and entrance tickets.

Begin your visit at The Lost Chambers Aquarium (失落的空间水族馆), inspired by the legend of the lost city of Atlantis. Walk through mysterious underwater tunnels surrounded by over 86,000 marine animals, including colorful tropical fish, rays, and sharks. Kids will love the immersive exhibits and magical ocean scenes — it feels like stepping into a real-life fantasy world beneath the sea.

Then, continue the excitement at Atlantis Water World (亚特兰蒂斯水世界), one of Asia’s top waterparks. Enjoy a full day of thrilling rides and family-friendly attractions — from heart-pounding slides and wave pools to relaxing lazy rivers. Don’t miss the famous Leap of Faith, a near-vertical slide that shoots you through a clear tunnel surrounded by sharks!

After the tour, drive back to your hotel.

It is time to end your 5-day Sanya Family Tour. At the appointed time, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Sanya Phoenix International Airport for your flight to your next destination or journey home.
