1. Getting to the Resort (Seaplane Transfers Only):

Your journey to our resort from Velana International Airport takes approximately 55 minutes by seaplane. Upon arrival at the airport, our Resort's Welcome Ambassadors will gladly assist you with your transfer through the dedicated Marriott International seaplane lounge, ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to your vacation.

2. Check-in & Check-out:

Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as your villa becomes available. You may check your baggage if your villa isn't ready. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking an additional night. Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Low Season (May 10 – September 30, 2025): A 100% charge applies if you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival.
Shoulder Season (October 1 – December 18, 2025): A 100% charge applies if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival.
High Season (January 10 – May 9, 2025 & December 19 – 24, 2025): A 100% charge applies if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful experience!

The JW Marriott Maldives is absolutely stunning. If traveling to the Maldive islands for vacation, you must stay at the JW. The entire experience was wonderful from the over water villa to the staff, food/drinks, water sports and so much more. Also, Anna and Matt your singing entertainment are simply the best - all the more you should visit this island.

Great Experience

JW Marriot in Maldives was outstanding. Great attention to detail and service was first class. The staff couldn't do enough for you, particularly in the restaurant. Food was very good, particularly the beef salad in the Thai restaurant, we had that three times.

Bir Yadav, the Executive Chef, made our holiday, He was so kind and interested in us, we really did fell well looked after because of his attention to detail. I don't normally mention staff in reviews, but his service was a tier above other places we have stayed.
