Cancellation Policy

For stays between January 11 - April 30, 2025 & November 1 – December 25, 2025:

Cancellations made less than 30 daysbefore arrival will incur 50% charge of booked nights.
Cancellations made less than 14 daysbefore arrival will incur 100% charge of booked nights.

For stays between May 1 - October 31, 2025:

Cancellations made less than 14 daysbefore arrival will incur 50% charge of booked nights.
Cancellations made less than 7 daysbefore arrival will incur 100% charge of booked nights.

For stays between December 26, 2025 - January 10, 2026:

Cancellations made less than 45 daysbefore arrival will incur 50% charge of booked nights.
Cancellations made less than 30 daysbefore arrival will incur 100% charge of booked nights.

Important: If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the booked nights plus any pre-booked arrival transfer.

Soulful Nova Maldives, a destination worth visit.

A peaceful destination with breathtaking views. The whole experience was great & seamless, from airport pick up all the way to seaplane & staying at Nova. Thanks for Nova staffs for arranging everything.

Once arrived at Nova, we can see the clear blue ocean, soothing ambiance, totally a nice place for hectic city life escapes. The resort has everything we need from pool bar, all day dining at Soul Kitchen-the foods are delicious & we can go to ala carte restaurant Mizu that has pretty architecture & interior. For the evening we can see life band at Wink, the atmosphere was chill, with dim lights & sand floor, lounge music..

I was on solo trip & stayed at the water villa. The villa has contemporary interior, spacious, with ocean view and what add the value, it has direct stairs access to sea. Really fun to do snorkelling, the reefs & small sharks were great. Anyone who enjoy nature, sea snorkelling will love it.During night time, I enjoyed star staring there. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They also have photographers who can shoot us anywhere we requested. Overall it’s a worth visit destination, highly recommended place for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay which was made special by the kind and courteous staff. We were diving a lot with the aquaholics and Moossa and his team including all members did a great Job. We felt save and confortable all the time. The food in the Soul kitchen is amazing and leaves no wish unfulfilled, and even if you have a special wish just ask one of the staff, they will always help. The service stuff is one of the best we ever had. The place but above all the complete staff made our holiday unique.
