Premium All-Inclusive (PAI): The ultimate package, offering an enhanced selection of food and drinks, plus extra perks.

Note: Everyone in your villa needs to be on the same meal plan for your entire stay. Also, if you go for Half Board or Full Board, remember that drinks are an extra charge.

Important Travel Tips for Visiting Maldives

Transfer Service (Additional Charge)

You have two options to reach Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort: 35-minute Seaplane Flight or Domestic Flight (20 minutes in Comfort Class) followed by a 35-minute Speedboat ride.

Private charter seaplanes and domestic flights can be arranged upon request. Please note that shared domestic transfers depend on other guests' international flight schedules.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs) | Check-out time is 12:00 PM (12:00 noon).

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Season (January 9, 2025 - December 22, 2025)(Applies to all room types except Residences and two-bedroom villas)
No cancellation feeif you notify us at least 14 days before arrival.
100% of booked nightswill be charged, plus the arrival transfer fee, if cancellation is received less than 14 days before arrival or in case of a no-show.

The best resort for sure

Words cannot capture our immense appreciation and love for Avani+ Fares Maldives, where we celebrated our honeymoon. Having traveled the globe, we've never encountered hospitality to match that of Avani+ Fares Maldives. Their service and welcome made us feel as though we were on our own private island. Suza, our host, looked after us meticulously until we returned home also, every one is kind and helpful they made us very comfortable. Everything was perfect; the island was a slice of paradise. Snorkeling there was an incredible experience. We are definitely planning to return for our anniversary.

Our perfect stay in Avani+

Perfectly enjoyed our stay with Avani+. We were offered a room upgrade to overwater pool villa instead, it was a kind gesture from the staff without charging us an extra cost. We appreciated it. Everything in the resort was well maintained, staffs were friendly and prompt in replying to our requests as well. Avani+ is highly recommended to all of you if you’re traveling to Maldives!

We recently had the most enchanting stay at this Maldivian paradise.
The hotel’s hospitality was truly exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
The hotel’s stunning white sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters provided an idyllic setting for a memorable escape.
What stood out the most was the incredible snorkelling experience.
We would like to especially thank to Akash, Buddhi, Yoosuf, Yasin and Irshad and we can’t forget Katarina, Shinoj from the restaurant.
They all really made our vacation a memorable experience.

The healing power of nature and kindness

As the majority of us have not chosen not to pick similar destinations I had a strange mixed approach full of expectations and yes, biases but sometimes reality can crash all of your beliefs.
I could spend hours talking about colors, sounds, and mostly also the absence of them, and yet I could not entirely describe the shades of blue and green that I had the opportunity to see there. A special thanks then goes to the employees who made my family trip a daydream I recall the faces of many but special ones go to Cumi, Caroline, and Ippu who made our week in Avani+ something to remember.
