Important Travel Tips for Visiting Maldives

Children Policy: Parents with children under 11.99 years of age are required to sign a liability waiver allowing their children to stay in the Overwater Villas and all Pool Villas.

Transfer Tips: The seaplane journey is 35 minutes per way. Guests arriving at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa will have lounge access while waiting for their seaplane.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time. Check-out time is 12:00 (12:00 PM) local time.

Cancellation Policy:

For stays between January 11, 2025 - May 10, 2025 & January 11, 2026 - February 28, 2026: Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge.

For stays between May 11, 2025 - September 30, 2025: Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge.

Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality at La Meridian Maldives

A wonderful first time in the Maldives. Taken care of from door to door by a great team. Love the vibrant house reef.

A perfect holiday in paradise!
We had amazing views, saw some interesting marine life at the vibrant house reef and even near our villa, we had a variety of fish including at least two different rays. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The villa is a good size and very well appointed, with twice-daily housekeeping and a continuous supply of drinking water.
The restaurants had a variety of food choices, with a great breakfast spread. There is also an excellent Japanese restaurant, with a Teppanyaki dining corner. Despite being at almost full capacity this past week, the resort didn’t feel crowded, it retained its intimacy and the staff were ever attentive to our needs.

We have just come back from our stay at Le Meridien Resort & Spa Maldives and everything was simply amazing. The island, the beach, the resort, the staff, the stunning view..everything outstanding!
We were welcomed warmly at the airport and escorted to their lounge for the seaplane transfer. When we landed on the island, the staff was waiting for us to greet us.
The room was perfect! Clean, comfortable, very spacious and equipped with all amenities a guest could need.
A very rich buffet breakfast is served every morning. There were so many options.
Food was delicious in all restaurants we tried and the staff was excellent and accommodating.
A huge thank you to Sovia who was incredibly kind and friendly with us. She made our evening meals memorable!
Definitely recommend this place!
