Welcome to Cairo! Our team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore on your own.
Tonight, choose from two optional evening experiences:
Pyramids Sound and Light Show (1.5h): Watch Egypt’s history come alive through stunning 3D mapping technology, with dramatic stories narrated from the perspective of the Great Sphinx.
Nile River Dinner Cruise (2h): Enjoy a gourmet dinner aboard a luxury vessel, complete with traditional belly dancing, a Tannura show, and illuminated views of the Cairo skyline from the open sundeck. Includes seamless, round-trip hotel transfers.
After breakfast, a 30-minute drive brings you to the Giza Plateau.
Your Egyptologist guide will unveil the mysteries of the iconic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—the last surviving wonder of the ancient world. Enjoy free time to explore, with an option to step inside a burial chamber.
Next, drive to a panoramic viewpoint to photograph the pyramids against the Cairo skyline, then visit the Valley Temple, the ancient site used for pharaonic mummification rituals.
Afterward, stand at the feet of the legendary Great Sphinx, a massive limestone monument combining a lion's body with a pharaoh's head.
Next, head directly to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). As the world’s largest archive dedicated to a single civilization, the GEM showcases over 100,000 artifacts across 12 massive halls.
Greeted by a colossal statue of Ramesses II, you will explore the crown jewel of the museum: King Tutankhamun’s complete tomb treasures, including his gold mask, inner coffins, and the ancient Khufu Solar Boat, fully displayed together for the first time.
After that, take 1h flight from Cairo to Aswan.

This morning, depart early around 4:00 AM via private A/C vehicle to beat the desert heat and journey to the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples.
Carved into the mountainside by Pharaoh Ramesses II in the 13th century BC, these twin UNESCO-listed monuments honor the pharaoh, Queen Nefertari, and his victory at the Battle of Kadesh. Your Egyptologist guide will share the history of the complex outside the four colossal rock-cut statues, including its remarkable 1968 relocation to escape the rising waters of Lake Nasser.
Inside, explore the spectacular hypostyle halls at your own pace, admiring sacred reliefs and the historic battle depictions. Deep within the inner sanctuary, you will discover the four statues central to the famous Solar Miracle. Just twice a year (on October 22 and February 22), the morning sun aligns perfectly to illuminate the gods hidden deep inside the temple.
Enjoy a comfortable drive back to Aswan.

First, visit Philae Temple, a breathtaking island sanctuary known as the "Pearl of the Nile." Built in the 4th century BC as the sacred home of Isis, this UNESCO-listed complex blends Ancient Egyptian and Greco-Roman architecture and guards history’s final hieroglyphic inscriptions. To save it from flooding, a monumental UNESCO mission meticulously relocated the entire site—including the Temple of Isis and the iconic Kiosk of Trajan—to Agilkia Island.
Next, drive to the Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel hailed as Egypt’s "Second Pyramid." By taming the Nile, this massive structure created Lake Nasser, one of the world's largest artificial lakes. From the observation deck, you can enjoy sweeping views of the 3.6-kilometer-long dam and the vast reservoir.
Afterward, board and check in to your Nile cruise ship.

Start your morning with a relaxing breakfast on board as we sail toward the unique Kom Ombo Temple.
Explore the Kom Ombo Temple:
Get off your cruise and walk a few steps, you will get to the Kom Ombo Temple. Built during the Ptolemaic dynasty around 180 BC, this is one of the most fascinating stops on the Nile. What makes Kom Ombo truly unique is its "double" design - it is a temple dedicated to two gods. As you walk through, you’ll see the northern side dedicated to Horus the Elder (the falcon-headed god of light and justice) and the southern side dedicated to Sobek (the crocodile god of fertility and chaos).
Ancient Egyptians built this temple to appease the crocodiles that once infested this stretch of the river. Your guide will take you to the back wall of the temple to point out the famous "surgical instruments" carvings - an incredible glimpse into ancient medical knowledge - as well as the stone calendar that tracks the three ancient Egyptian seasons: flooding, planting, and harvest.
Before leaving, be sure to visit the open-air area to see the massive ancient water well and the Crocodile Museum, where you can see giant, mummified crocodiles preserved for over 2,000 years.
After the tour, we will return to the cruise ship. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on deck, enjoying lunch and dinner as we continue our journey down the Nile.
Overnight on board.
Note: Daily sightseeing schedules may vary slightly depending on your specific cruise ship.

After breakfast on board, we will take a short 3.5 km drive from the pier to the Temple of Edfu.
Morning: The "Textbook" Temple of Edfu
Often called the "textbook" of Egyptian architecture, this temple is a true marvel. Because it lay buried under desert sands for nearly two millennia, it remained hidden from the world until the 19th century. As a result, over 95% of the structure - from the soaring roof and towering columns to the secret inner chambers - is still perfectly intact.
Standing before the massive 36-meter-high entrance pylon, you will be dwarfed by the two imposing black granite statues of Horus, the falcon god, standing guard. As you walk through the temple, take a moment to look at the thick outer walls, which are covered in vivid reliefs depicting the epic battle between good and evil.
Inside, you’ll notice the ceiling is darkened - a fascinating scar from history when the temple was used as a shelter by early inhabitants. Your guide will lead you through the hidden chambers, including the ancient "perfume laboratory" where priests once crafted sacred scents, and walk you through the corridor reliefs that vividly tell the story of Horus defeating the forces of chaos.
Esna Lock Crossing:
Today, your Nile cruise passes through the fascinating Esna Lock, an important waterway between Luxor and Edfu. Get on the sundeck and watch as the ship enters the lock chamber enjoy this unique engineering experience. Tip: The passage usually takes 20-60 minutes, but may be longer if several ships are waiting.
Afternoon: Sailing to Luxor & Sunset at Luxor Temple
Spend the afternoon unwinding on the sundeck as we sail toward Luxor, watching the lush Nile banks drift by.
Upon our arrival in Luxor, we head to the Luxor Temple at the perfect time - just before sunset. Arriving during the "golden hour" is an unforgettable experience. You can stand in awe before the towering statues of Ramesses II and the monumental pink granite obelisk, watching the soft, angled light bring out the intricate details of the ancient carvings that have guarded this sanctuary for centuries.
As the daytime heat fades, you will stroll down the famous Avenue of Sphinxes. The long shadows cast by the setting sun give the giant pharaonic columns a dramatic, imposing presence, making the history of these ancient kings feel incredibly real.
After the tour, we will return to your cruise ship and enjoy dinner on board.
Overnight on board in Luxor.
Note: Daily sightseeing schedules may vary slightly depending on your specific cruise ship.

After breakfast, check out from your Nile River cruise (between 08:00 and 09:00) and meet your private guide to begin your Luxor tour.
Next, arrive early at the Valley of the Kings to beat the crowds and intense midday sun. For 500 years, New Kingdom pharaohs eschewed prominent pyramids—which invited grave robbers—for these secretive, rock-cut tombs. Your guide will lead you down the sloping corridors of three remarkable tombs.
Here, you can admire incredibly vivid, ancient pigments detailing the pharaoh's journey to the afterlife and stand within the silent burial chambers. Because your tour skips time-wasting souvenir factories, you will have more time to truly absorb this sacred royal necropolis.
Afterward, drive to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an architectural masterpiece rising from the desert floor in three grand terraces that mirror the towering cliffs behind it.
Conclude your sightseeing with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two giant, 3,000-year-old statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Overnight in Luxor.

This morning, you can choose an optional Hot Air Balloon.
Today, taking an flight from Luxor to Cairo.

Depart from Cairo and drive through the shifting sands to Bahariya Oasis, the gateway to the deep desert. Switch to a rugged 4x4 Jeep for an off-road safari.
Journey into the jaw-dropping Valley of Agabat, where massive chalk mountains rise dramatically from the golden dunes like a prehistoric fortress.
Continue into the surreal landscape of the White Desert, marveling at the iconic, wind-carved limestone formations that resemble giant mushrooms and desert waves.
Settle into your remote desert camp. As night falls, gather around a roaring Bedouin campfire for a traditional dinner, listening to local music under a canopy of countless stars.

Wake up to a spectacular desert sunrise. After breakfast, head to El Zogag Mountain for a panoramic view of the vast wilderness.
