Perfect family getaway- everything was beyond our expectations

This was our third visit to the Maldives, and Jumeirah Olhahali has been the best among the resorts we’ve stayed at (Conrad, One&Only, and Jumeirah).
The lagoon, the color of the water, the underwater environment, the service, and the food — everything was simply perfect.

Our butler, Tharaq, made our stay truly exceptional. We usually don’t revisit the same resort, but thanks to him, we would love to return to Jumeirah Olhahali someday.

From our villa, we could see colorful fish swimming right in front of us. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, even remembering and calling our kids by their names. The Kids Club offers excellent complimentary activities that our children absolutely loved.

We had an unforgettable stay and can’t recommend this resort enough!

A Dream Anniversary in Paradise!

We spent our 30th wedding anniversary on Jumeirah Olhahali Island – six unforgettable days in absolute paradise.

The island is stunningly beautiful: crystal-clear turquoise waters, powdery white sand beaches, and lush tropical scenery. Our luxurious overwater villa exceeded all expectations – tastefully designed, immaculately clean, and with direct access to the ocean. Simply perfect.

The butler service was outstanding – always attentive, professional, and discreet. Dining was another highlight: every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with great variety throughout our stay.

A true highlight was our visit to the Talise Spa – a one-of-a-kind experience! The serene atmosphere, skilled therapists, and exceptional treatments made it a moment we’ll never forget.

This trip was deeply special to us – luxurious, relaxing, and emotionally unforgettable. Jumeirah Olhahali Island is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply to treat yourself to something extraordinary.

High end top resorts in the Maldives

There are many beautiful places to visit in the Maldives, but in addition to a beautiful place, you need a little extra to be able to place yourself in “high end top resorts in the Maldives”. Soneva Jani does just that and offers extra everything.

An eye for detail, delicious food, the level of service throughout the resort is professional, warm and Welcoming.

Our Barefoot guardian Shai was amazing. She even did everything in her power to get us to see the guitar sharks circling in the lagoon (which is not easy since the lagoon is huge).

We had booked a water villa on the north jetty. These villas are slightly older but have a larger/more beautiful turquoise lagoon than the southern jetty. We're glad we made that choice.

I was worried about mosquitoes even though that concern was unfounded. We didn't get a mosquito bite.

Soneva’s own football team invited their son (aged 14) to practice with them while we were there which was the icing on the cake that made our stay perfect.

We give Soneva Jani the highest rating.
