Xian Xianyang International Airport is the main airport serving Xian, the capital of Shaanxi province in China. The airport is situated about 47 kilometers northwest of the city center and is one of the busiest airports in central China. Passengers taking bullet trains to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Huashan, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Tianshui, Jiayuguan, Zhangye, and other destinations can depart from here. The station is conveniently connected to Xian's downtown by subway Line 2, which offers a fast and efficient way for travelers to get to and from the city center.
